The brief planner stays on the page
The website-brief planner creates a text draft in the current browser page. It does not send the answers to a server or save them to browser storage. You can review and edit the draft, then choose whether to copy and share it. Closing or reloading the page clears the planner’s in-page draft.
A local preference for the intro animation
The homepage stores a timestamp in browser local storage to recognise a recent showing of its intro animation. A timestamp less than 12 hours old lets the page shorten the intro on a return visit. The stored value is not automatically deleted when that period ends. It does not contain your brief or contact details; you can clear it using your browser’s site-data controls.
Requests needed to deliver the site
Opening a page or media file sends ordinary request information, such as the requested address, IP address and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure. This website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security processing are separate from the local brief planner; the planner’s answers are not added to those requests by the website.
Email and WhatsApp contact
Email and WhatsApp links open those services. A message is sent only when you choose to send it in the relevant service. Marshal receives the contact details and project information you include so the enquiry can be discussed. The email or messaging provider also processes the conversation according to its own practices. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or private customer records in an initial enquiry.
Linked websites and app references
The portfolio links to other business websites and to the actual Falcon app for account-based functions. Those destinations have their own operators and data practices. The public Falcon guest preview on this website is for browsing a frozen catalogue and does not open a private dealer account or submit production orders.
Questions about your information
Contact Marshal through the published contact page if you want to discuss information in a message you sent. Explain the request without including unnecessary sensitive data. This notice does not promise that Marshal can remove copies independently held by your email, messaging or other service provider.
