Marshal Studios makes video ads, business websites and custom mobile apps for Delhi businesses. We are based in DLF Phase 2, Gurugram, not in Delhi: most work runs online, and meetings in Delhi are arranged by appointment. Delhi is also home to Falcon International, a motorcycle-parts manufacturer in our own group, whose website and app we built. Its factory is in Kirti Nagar and its shop is in Karol Bagh.

The actual Falcon app screens in a public guest preview with a frozen catalogue. It shows browsing and product detail, not dealer prices or orders.
What we make for Delhi businesses
Video ads come first: creator-style UGC ads, motion graphics and cinematic product films, cut for Reels, feeds and launches. Business websites start from ₹50,000; product catalogues, online stores and 3D websites are scoped and priced per project. Custom mobile apps for iPhone and Android are quoted on the brief. Our Delhi reference is our own business
Falcon International is a motorcycle-parts manufacturer in our own group. Its factory is in Kirti Nagar and its shop is in Karol Bagh. It is not a client. Marshal designed, built and still runs its website, which organises parts around the buyer’s bike with a catalogue, fitment search and a dealer sign-up. The Falcon app preview reuses the real app screens with a frozen public catalogue. Both are linked above, so you can check them yourself.
Filming in your own shop, office or factory
Under the operational guidelines of Delhi’s Film Policy 2022, permission to shoot at a private location can be taken by signing a location agreement with its owner, with intimation to Delhi Tourism (DTTDC). If your video ad is shot on your own premises, write the location, the dates and who signs that agreement into the brief.
Filming in public places, on the Metro or near monuments
Shoots at locations owned by government departments and agencies in Delhi, such as DDA sites or Delhi Metro premises, are applied for on Delhi Tourism’s online e-Film Clearance system, which covers commercials. High-security zones such as Rashtrapati Bhawan, North and South Block, Parliament House and India Gate sit outside that policy; permission there comes from the Ministry of Home Affairs. At ASI-protected monuments, filming, tripods and drones need prior written permission. Plan these approvals before the shoot dates are fixed.
Drone shots over Delhi
Under the Drone Rules, 2021, flying in a red or yellow zone on the Digital Sky airspace map needs prior permission, and yellow zones extend up to 12 km from an operational airport’s perimeter. Delhi has an operational international airport and several high-security areas, so check the latest map for the exact spot before an aerial shot goes into the plan.
GST when a Gurugram studio bills a Delhi business
Gurugram is in Haryana. Delhi is a Union territory, but GST law counts it as a State because it has its own legislature (CGST Act, section 2(103)). Under section 12(2) of the IGST Act, the place of supply for most services to a GST-registered business is that business’s location, and section 7(3) treats a supply of services between two different States as inter-state. So a GST-registered supplier in Gurugram billing a Delhi business usually charges IGST instead of CGST plus SGST. Ask any provider, us included, whether a quote includes GST and to put your GSTIN on the invoice, and confirm input tax credit with your accountant.

Before work starts, the proposal records scope, pricing, timing, handover and any continuing support. Most work runs online; meetings in Delhi, Gurugram and across Delhi NCR are by appointment, so message us before visiting the studio.

Is Marshal Studios in Delhi?
No. The studio is at K-4/3, DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram. We work with Delhi businesses mostly online, and meetings in Delhi can be arranged by appointment.
